Privacy & Cookie Policy
This policy explains how Neomind Labs, LLC ("Neomind," "we," "us," or "our") handles information when you visit neomindlabs.com, contact us, or subscribe to our newsletter.
Information we collect
Information you provide
If you email us, book a discovery call, or otherwise contact us, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, company, and the contents of your message. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address.
Website and analytics information
With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use this website. Google Analytics may process information such as pages viewed, interactions, approximate location, browser and device information, referring pages, and identifiers stored in analytics cookies. We have disabled Google advertising signals and ad-personalization signals in our website configuration.
With your permission, we also use Apollo.io's website visitor tracker. Apollo helps us recognize the organizations that visit our site and understand on-site activity for sales and marketing purposes. It may process information such as IP address, approximate location, the organization associated with your network, pages viewed, and interactions, and it may store identifiers on your device.
Technical information
Our hosting and security providers may automatically process limited technical logs, such as IP address, request time, requested page, browser information, and error details, to deliver and protect the website and diagnose problems.
How we use information
We use information to:
- provide, secure, maintain, and improve the website;
- understand website traffic and content performance when you consent to analytics;
- respond to questions and discuss potential or existing services;
- send the newsletter you requested; and
- meet legal, accounting, and security obligations.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on your consent for optional analytics and newsletter communications; our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the site and responding to inquiries; steps requested before entering a contract; performance of a contract; and compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time.
Cookies and your choices
We use one necessary preference cookie and, only after you accept analytics, optional analytics cookies.
| Cookie | Purpose | Typical duration |
|---|---|---|
neomind_analytics_consent |
Remembers whether you accepted or rejected optional analytics. | 6 months |
_ga |

| Apollo.io tracking cookies | Set by Apollo.io to recognize returning visitors and the organizations that visit the site. | Set by Apollo.io; see Apollo's privacy policy |
Analytics is off by default. Selecting “Accept analytics” allows Google Analytics and Apollo.io to load and set their cookies. Selecting “Reject analytics” prevents them from loading. You can revisit your choice at any time; withdrawing consent removes the Google Analytics cookies and the Apollo.io identifiers accessible to this site and reloads the page with analytics disabled.
You can also delete cookies through your browser. Blocking the necessary preference cookie will not prevent you from using the site, but we may need to ask for your analytics choice again.
Service providers and external services
We use service providers to operate our website and communications. These include Google Analytics for optional website measurement, Apollo.io for optional website visitor identification and sales analytics, and Audienceful for newsletter subscriptions. Our discovery-call link directs you to a form hosted by HubSpot. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments and may process information in countries other than your own.
Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services and review Google's privacy policy. You can also review Apollo.io's privacy policy.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and security, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business.
Retention
We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including providing services, maintaining business and security records, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations. Retention depends on the type of information and why it was collected. Cookie durations are listed above. You may unsubscribe from newsletter emails using the link in any newsletter.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or a copy of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. You may withdraw analytics consent using the cookie settings on this page. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
To make a privacy request, email hello@neomindlabs.com. We may need to verify your request before fulfilling it.
Children's privacy
This business website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly seek personal information from children through it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our website or legal obligations change. We will post the revised policy here and update its effective date.
